Correct cropped the team are not firing on all cylinders. And somehow I can't see it happening this season that promotion will be achieved. We are far short of having the killer instinct of finishing teams off. I can't put my finger on what the problem is, if it is wrong tactics, not knowing the opposition or just that the quality of players we have are not good enough. I hope I am wrong but I can't see us going full time unless a backer comes in with lots of money as promotion, full or hybrid set-up and a better class of players is going to cost lots of money. Plus all that goes with a full-time team such as back room staff and office staff. The current backers seem very unlikely to dig deeper and further into their pockets to make us a Football League outfit again. I know some may read this and not agree but the truth of the matter needs to come out and realisation needs to be thought about.
