Of course Kane is a top class striker, as his success rate in probably the hardest league to be a striker in proves. The term "world class" is hackneyed and wildly used, but the question that has to be asked is, if Spurs even hinted that offers for Kane would be treated seriously, what calibre of clubs would join the chase, and what level of fee would be required, no doubt in excess of £100M.
