I suspect the reason why Llorente didn't come on is because Poch wanted to give Kane as much time as possible to get his sharpness back in front of goal. He could have brought Llorente on and kept Kane on of course, but that would have pushed Kane back deeper. As the game was already won there was nothing to be gained by doing this.
