Dele, my frustration with Dier currently is that I think he has so much more to offer. I remember his first game against West Ham, down to 10 men, 2 minutes to go and he popped up from RB to IL takes the pass in his stride, rounds the keeper and wins the game with a smile on his face, and I thought then this lad is going to be great. Perhaps he is being stifled by Poch's tactics, rarely venturing forward these days except at corners. I think his long spells of standing around playing 5-yard passes on the half-way line probably contribute to his lapses of concentration because he doesn't feel involved. I hope Poch unleashes him soon. He could be another beast for us.
